About Us:

We’re a growing martial arts studio dedicated to empowering our students through discipline, confidence, and community. We're looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Representative to help expand our reach, increase memberships, and build lasting relationships with students and families.

What You’ll Do:

• Promote our programs through social media, local outreach, and digital campaigns
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, or email to convert interest into sign-ups
• Attend occasional studio events, demos, or community outreach activities
• Create content and manage studio social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Help implement marketing campaigns (flyers, email, promotions)
• Track lead and marketing effectiveness
• Provide customer support and help at the front desk as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service ()
• Strong communication and people skills
• Tech-savvy with social media and basic marketing tools
• Interest in martial arts, fitness, or youth programming is a plus
• Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated
• Available for occasional evenings/weekends
