The Sales Manager oversees the sales operations, driving revenue growth through strategic planning, customer relationship development, and market expansion. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams—including production, engineering, and supply chain—to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management to the sales team.
• Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and company sales objectives.
• Analyze sales data and operational metrics to forecast performance, identify trends, and target new market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Partner with production and engineering teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high quality order fulfillment.
• Participate in trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote company capabilities and expand market reach.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Continuously seek process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and customer experience.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of proven sales management experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environments.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire a results-driven team.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
