This is a fantastic opportunity for exceptional Sales Managers to join our dynamic team based in our various offices in PCL. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual who will play a pivotal role in driving property supply and sales, while surpassing revenue targets. As the Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire our talented sales team, while crafting and implementing effective sales strategies to ensure our continued success.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the office has a strong register of stock
  • To drive register performance (price reductions) ensuring success
  • Lead, coach and inspire negotiators to achieve their KPI’s
  • Promote a culture of success in the team
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Create a culture of collaboration with other parts of the business
  • Maintaining daily meetings and call out structures to drive overall performance
  • To ensure the office is on target and in profit
  • Monitor the pipeline to ensure success
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, providing excellent customer service through the sales process
  • Negotiate sales and close deals with potential buyers, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the local property market, including competitor activity and buyer preferences

Person Specification:

  • 3 years sales experience with proven bankings
  • Strong ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Proven track record or taking properties on the market
  • Strong local knowledge of the area and the UK Property market and sales process
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet sales targets
  • Energetic and enthusiastic
  • Self motivator and born leader
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
