We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead, grow and develop a team of Real Estate Development and Investment Consultants.

This is a great opportunity to join a successful organisation with over 25 years' experience in the Real Estate Investment and Development market, based in Central London.

The Sales Manager will be required to lead, manage, recruit, motivate and inspire a team of Real Estate Development and Investment Consultants and have previous experience within a similar role.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the team achieves its targets. You will be expected to conduct regular reviews against set goals, appraise staff performance, define focus areas and KPIs and ensure continued success both for the team and the business as a whole.

  • Leadership experience in the London property development and investment sector
  • Knowledge and understanding across all property investment sectors
  • A demonstrable track record in acquiring and disposing of development and investment opportunities across the UK
  • Ability to appraise and value opportunities
  • Experience with selling off market opportunities
  • The ability to inspire and motivate others, whilst providing clear and consistent direction
  • Proven leadership qualities combined with a commitment to customer service excellence

Finally, having an extensive network/contact base within the London property market is essential for this role.
