Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 + Benefits

Hours: 09:00hrs - 17:30hrs

Start: Immediate (willing to wait for notice period)

Contract: Permanent / Full-Time (onsite)

This well-established company is looking for an exceptionally communicative, detail-oriented, industry-experienced Customer Service / Sales Coordinator Guru, to be part of its aggressive growth strategy for 2024

This role is suited for a meticulous, self-starter who has a deep understanding of SAP software within a Customer Service / Sales Coordinator role.

Responsibilities of the role, but not limited to;

• Updating the CRM database (SAP)
• Assist the team with on-site events
• Ensure orders are input correctly
• Liaise with Order Management colleagues
• Sales team support; sending images, technical data, etc
• Ensure excellent product knowledge

Desirable attributes of the successful candidate

• High level of customer care
• Ability to show initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience using SAP or similar
• Previous experience using pCon Basket
• Attention to detail, organised and passionate about solutions
