Sales Executive – Interior & Architectural Design Files
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite/Hybrid/Remote)
Type: Full-time (Probation period: 1–2 months)

Job Overview
Tech Hive Hub is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Executive to promote our design file services in the U.S. market. You will be responsible for selling architectural and interior design assets, including 2D layouts, 3D renderings, full concept packages, and visualization files — targeting professionals and firms in the construction and real estate industry.
This role is perfect for someone who can speak the of design, understands space planning, and enjoys working with creative professionals.
Who You’ll Sell To (Target Clients):
· Independent architects and interior designers
· Small-to-mid-size design studios and contractors
· Homebuilders, real estate developers, and staging companies
· DIY homeowners or remodelers needing layout/3D files
· Property listing agents and renovation firms
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and approach target clients via email, LinkedIn, forums, or in-person
· Consult and recommend suitable design packages based on client needs (room layouts, villa renders, renovation support, etc.)
· Provide quotations, close deals, and coordinate with design delivery teams
· Follow up on revisions, client feedback, and potential upsells
· Track leads, activities, and performance in the CRM system
Requirements
· Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (architecture, design, or construction-related fields )
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
· Basic understanding of layout plans, 3D visualizations, and project timelines
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Fluent in English (spoken & written)
· Familiar with remote tools: Google Workspace, CRM, Zoom
Compensation:
Salary range: 45,000+ - 75,000+ yearly
· Base Salary (Probation): $1,500 – $2,000/month
· Base Salary (Full-time): $2,800 – $3,500+/month
· Commission:
· 15%–20% during probation
· 8%–12% ongoing after probation
· Performance Bonuses: For hitting monthly or quarterly client targets
· Total earning potential: $4,000 – $6,000+/month
