Job Summary:
Support Sales (a.k.a. Business Development) team on new RFQ opportunities. Is also responsible for preparing quotes when requested, for existing customer base.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in weekly Sales staff meetings.
- Work directly with people of all levels both internally and externally to gather information for quotes.
- Review pricing for existing programs and requote as needed. Review all components of the manufacturing process and alert management team of concerns.
- Be responsive to customer needs and follow through on all aspects of customer requests, both written and verbal.
- Prepare quote package for management review and, upon approval, arrange for quote to be sent to customer.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Process quotes from Program Management overflow.
- When requested, may work on special projects and various related assignments.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
- Enter values into the Master Quote Log as appropriate.

Education, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business/Technical or equivalent in education and experience.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Must be a proficient communicator and listener.
- Need to have excellent relationship-building skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- Must be familiar with computers and computer software.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
