Sales Engineering : Responsible for data administrative support of Controls and Solutions Department.
Job Type: Fall
Workplace Type: Hybrid: Flex for your day, in person
Office Location: Gaithersburg, MD
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Hours: Flexible around school schedule, 15 - 20 hours per week
Essential Duties:
- Work with Owner Sales staff to assist with data storage and cleanup
- Work with Project Developers for data storage and cleanup
- Validate Owner Sales location accounts
- Work with Owner Sales staff to assist in pre-bid job setup
- Assist with managing incoming pre-bid & post-bid documentation folder structure setup
- Assist with Salesforce database clean-up
- Assist with control update project
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a college degree (preferably in a technical/engineering)
- Proficient with MS Office and Outlook, Procore/SharePoint
- Attention to detail, organized, professional, critical thinker, inquisitive, multi-tasker
- Quick learner, technically savvy
- Work independently, as well as cooperatively as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in standard office environment
