Sales Engineer – HVAC Controls

Location: Raleigh, NC with local travel

Are you ready to take your experience in building automation or HVAC systems and turn it into a career with strong earning potential and long-term growth? We’re looking for a Sales Engineer – HVAC Controls to join our team in the Research Triangle.

What You’ll Do

• Work with facility owners, contractors, and engineers to design and sell building automation systems.

• Turn warm and hot leads from service technicians and customer requests into long-term partnerships.

• Handle a mix of owner-direct and plan-spec projects, supported by a dedicated estimating team.

• Split your time between the office, the road, and working remotely on proposals.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years’ experience in building automation controls, HVAC sales, or related technical work.

• Familiarity with Tridium Niagara or other leading platforms (Johnson Controls, Siemens, Schneider, etc.).

• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical systems into customer value.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical background .

• Base salary $65K–$100K, plus commission potential of $50K–$100K+ annually.
