Sales Engineer – Factory Automation & Robotic Welding
Location: Pewaukee, WI (Onsite; within 45-minute commute)
Employment: Full-time, Permanent W-2 (No remote | No relocation)
Compensation: Up to $125,000 + Full Benefits
Eligibility: U.S. or Green Card Holder

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customers and internal engineering teams to design bespoke automation and robotic welding solutions
- Develop detailed engineering drawings and lead design-review sessions
- Source vendor components, negotiate pricing, and manage delivery timelines
- Craft competitive, profitable sales proposals based on customer requirements
- Travel domestically and internationally to support customer installations and project kick-offs
Requirements
What You Bring
- 2-year engineering degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of sales application engineering experience in factory automation
- 1+ year hands-on experience with industrial robots, robotic welding, electric motors/servos, and PLCs
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused solutions
- Proven track record of building profitable proposals and closing complex projects
- Willingness to travel as needed
