Job Description
As a Sales Director for our client, a leading real estate marketplace, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue through innovative digital advertising and marketing solutions for the residential real estate industry. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for coaching and mentorship to shape and elevate our sales team. \n\nThis role offers a a highly competitive base plus commission package with first year on target earnings approaching $200,000 possible. This opportunity is based in Richmond, VA (paid relocation offered), and is 4 days per week onsite. \n\nResponsibilities: \n\n\n\tFoster Growth: Cultivate an environment that encourages the growth of team revenues, meeting and exceeding annual sales targets. \n\tTalent Development: Attract, hire, and develop high-impact sales professionals through coaching and mentorship. \n\tPerformance Excellence: Establish performance targets aligning with business goals, providing ongoing coaching and training for enhanced sales effectiveness. \n\tCustomer Relationships: Manage new customer relationships and ensure the retention of existing customers through the development of sustainable connections. \n\tPerformance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, emphasizing the importance of upholding CoStar culture and values within the team. \n\n\nQualifications: \n\n\n\tManagement Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of people management experience. \n\tSales Leadership: Experience managing 6 to 8 sales professionals in real estate or digital advertising. \n\tRelationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build sustainable customer relationships. \n\tGrowth Mindset: Track record of rapid sales territory growth. \n\tCommunication Skills: Effective internal and external relationship-building skills. \n\tEducational Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. \n\n\nThere is no application deadline for this posting because we are accepting applications on an ongoing basis.\n\nEmployer Details:\n\tOnward Search is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to a policy of non-discrimination in an employment with regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state and local laws and ordinances.
