Customer Service Representative – Contract-to-Hire | Franklin, WI (Onsite)

Extension is seeking a Sales Specialist for our client located in Franklin.

Are you ready to join a team that values proactive problem-solving and customer satisfaction? We’re looking for a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships and generating leads in a fast-paced, business-to-business environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Research and call potential customers to generate quality sales leads
• Schedule appointments and pass qualified leads to outside sales reps
• Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture relationships
• Provide quotes, process orders, and answer product questions
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience
• Comfortable making outbound calls (50 cold calls/week)
• Strong organizational skills for tracking leads and follow-ups
• High School Diploma required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
