Role Overview
We’re seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support business development and client growth across the energy sector. This is a remote role ideal for someone with early sales experience who is eager to grow into a client-facing career.
Assist in building and maintaining a revenue pipeline across renewables, transmission, O&G, storage, and data centers.
Conduct outreach to prospective clients, qualify leads, and support proposal preparation.
Partner closely with Sales Managers on client calls, presentations, and account growth strategies.
Maintain CRM accuracy, track KPIs, and provide regular sales reports.
Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience (B2B services, infrastructure, or related fields ).
Energy sector knowledge or experience strongly .
Strong communication skills with the ability to support proposals and presentations.
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working fully remote with proactive communication.
Compensation: Base + commission plan
