We are looking to hire a full time office operation manager/ sales assistant for our well established, independently owned financial services firm. Duties include operational interface with our home office, receptionist responsibilities, manage vendor relationships and supply maintenance, assistance with and adherence to industry rules and regulations, management of client deposits and check payments, and completion of client review presentation materials. Home office training in addition to on the job training is available. salary negotiable based on experience.
