Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Inside Sales representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while also actively pursuing inside sales opportunities. 

As a Customer Service and Inside Sales representative, your main responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries and resolving issues, processing orders, and maintaining a solid understanding of our product offerings. You will also have the opportunity to proactively reach out to potential customers, present our products and services, and close sales deals. 

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction 
• Process incoming orders and ensure timely delivery 
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner 
• Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase sales 
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings 
• Conduct product presentations to potential customers and close sales deals 
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets 
• Update customer database with relevant information and sales activities 

Required Skills/Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred 
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and sales roles 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets 
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions 
• Self-motivated and results-oriented 
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively 
• Be able to pay close attention to details 
• Team player with a positive attitude 

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or inside sales experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
