What would you do as a Sales and Operations Planner
As a new Sales and Operations Planner at Cirtronics Corporation, you can expect an engaging and challenging day-to-day experience! Each day, you'll dive into production scheduling, collaborating closely with various departments to align manufacturing plans with customer demands. Your role will involve analyzing data to optimize manufacturing planner processes, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
You'll participate in daily meetings to discuss planning and scheduling updates and any potential challenges that may arise. Your expected schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while contributing to high-performance team goals. Throughout the week, you will proactively manage timelines and priorities while fostering an atmosphere of respect and collaboration with your colleagues.

A background in the electronics industry or contract manufacturing practices, along with prior planning experience of at least two years, will set you apart. A BS in Business or a related field is , and APICS certification or training is a bonus. Your organizational skills and adaptability will ensure you thrive in this exciting role!
