Location: Cranston RI HybridPay Rate: $100-130K DOE plus bonusDESCRIPTION

• Leads the local S&OP process to ensure one consensus plan for the cluster / sub-region, bringing together the financial, demand and supply perspective.
• Orchestrates the content creation with stakeholders to prepare S&OP and S&OE meetings and ensures the content maturity, allowing for effective discussion and decision making.
• Consolidates findings and highlights critical issues as input to the regional S&OP process for further discussion and decision making or input to the global S&OP.
• Leads the local S&OE platform to ensure execution on the plan and timely preparation and implementation of action plans to mitigate short-term gaps.
• Analyses continuously the coherence of the different plans, stays on top of market developments and exchanges with demand planning on a regular cadence.
• Agrees the NOOS assortment together with demand planning and ensures submission to E2E planning on defined intervals.
• Contributes to the definition of regional core assortment and maintenance of adequate safety stock levels in the regional RDC’s, feeding into the Regional S&OP lead.
• Monitors key performance metrics for the Cluster / Sub-region regarding availability, OTIF, order fulfilment overall, IR fill rates in specific, inventory levels, devaluation risks and others.

Requirements

• Bachelor / Master Degree Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations;
• 5 Plus years’ experience in S & OP
