Job Description
Work directly for a Middlesex County, NJ area full-service architectural precast firm.
Summary - Sales & Estimating Manager
This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth, ensuring accurate proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the Sales and Estimating staff, including a Junior Estimator, Inside Sales Representative, and Outside Sales Representative.
-Perform senior estimating duties, including quantity take-offs, budgets, and proposals.
-Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members as needed.
-Support sales staff during new customer meetings, presentations, and calls.
-Follow up with potential clients to ensure contract awards and maintain long-term customer relationships.
-Host internal and external meetings to align teams and support client engagement.
-Utilize Salesforce () or other CRM systems to manage opportunities, client data, and sales pipeline.
-Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering accountability and growth.
-Work directly with architects, contractors, and developers on architectural building product projects.
Qualifications:
-Proven leadership experience managing sales and estimating teams.
-Strong estimating background with experience in architectural building products.
-Proficiency in quantity take-offs, budgets, and proposal preparation.
-Bluebeam experience .
-CRM experience required; Salesforce experience highly .
-Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
-Ability to lead and mentor a team while also managing client-facing responsibilities.
Salary: $90-110k with flexibility upwards based on experience
