What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the sales liaison for Smart Power Solutions, maintaining positive relationships with strategic accounts
- Develop and implement business strategies to meet the needs of both the company and customers
- Manage large, complex accounts and ensure achievement of sales quotas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and identify new business opportunities
- Act as the primary point of contact for end customers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors degree or equivalent outside sales experience
- Minimum of 7+ years in outside sales within the data center space and 2+ years managing key accounts
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 50% of the time
- Knowledge of electrical power products used in data centers
- Proficient in direct and channel sales models
How to Stand Out ( Qualifications):
- Experience with power distribution units (PDUs) or transfer switches
- Knowledge in program/project management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a self-directed manner
- Skills in developing effective presentations and proposals
- Proven track record of resolving quality and delivery concerns professionally
