Health and Safety Trainer (Construction)\nSalary up to £55,000 plus Car Allowance\nEast Midlands\nFull Time, Permanent\n\nJoin a Leading Training Provider as a Health and Safety Trainer!\n\nAre you passionate about safety and training? We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Trainer to join a dynamic team. Your work will directly contribute to safer workplaces and the development of better-trained professionals.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Deliver high-quality training to customers, ensuring all sessions meet the highest standards.\n\n * Update training materials to include the latest industry information and best practices.\n\n * Collaborate with governing bodies to maintain accreditation standards.\n\n * Promote our image and philosophies through exceptional training delivery.\n\n * Work closely with the management team to identify and implement business improvements.\n\n * Assist the business in acquiring further accreditations.\n\n * Developing bespoke courses and leading the development of courses into new sectors\n\n * Assist with any business and growth opportunities.\n\nQualifications and Skills:\n\n * CITB and either IPAF and PASMA tutor qualifications.\n\n * AET / PTLLS or equivalent.\n\n * NEBOSH Construction Certificate or Health & Safety Diploma.\n\n * Experience in the training and construction industry.\n\n * Proven teaching or instructional expertise.\n\n * A proactive individual with a passion for safety and education.\n\n * Strong communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.\n\n * A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.\n\n * Someone eager to learn and grow within a supportive company environment.\n\nOur client prides itself on being user-friendly and approachable, making it an excellent place for professionals who value a positive and collaborative work culture.
