We are seeking a proactive and experienced Safety Director to lead our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) program across all multiple locations. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with OSHA and NFPA standards, reducing workplace incidents, and fostering a strong safety culture within the organization. What you will do: Lead and manage company-wide safety initiatives using our EHS Management System. Develop and enforce safety policies, procedures, and training programs. Conduct audits, incident investigations, and root cause analysis. Oversee claims management and return-to-work programs. Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain OSHA logs. Collaborate with leadership to drive safety performance and accountability. What you will need: 7 years in a safety leadership role, preferably in construction or fire protection. OSHA certifications . Strong communication, training, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel to multiple jobs sites and office locations.
