Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs and procedures aligned with industry standards like OSHA and ISO 45001.
- Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and incidents to determine root causes, and implement effective corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and deliver mandatory safety training programs on various topics, including emergency preparedness and proper personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a safety coordination capacity.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and proven safety best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to investigate incidents, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of safety-related incidents, inspections, and training.
