Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Safety Coordinator to join our team supporting data center integration projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a safety-minded individual to gain experience in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. While prior data center experience is not required, the ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to workplace safety and the ability to learn quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support on-site safety compliance efforts across data center projects.
- Conduct site safety inspections and audits to ensure adherence to company and regulatory safety standards.
- Assist with incident reporting and root cause analysis.
- Maintain safety logs and documentation, including toolbox talks and daily hazard assessments.
- Promote a positive safety culture through communication and training reinforcement.
- Ensure that subcontractors and vendors follow safety protocols on-site.
Qualifications:
- OSHA 30 Certification (Construction) – Required
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification – Required
- Ladder Safety and Fall Protection Training – Required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - MUST BE PROFESSIONAL
- Willingness to work in a construction environment within live data centers
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed
but Not Required:
- Construction or trade experience
- Knowledge of NFPA, NEC, or other safety codes
