What You’ll Do

• Lead the way in keeping our workplace safe, healthy, and compliant with all regulations.

• Plan and deliver engaging training sessions that help our team build knowledge and confidence.

• Carry out workplace inspections, risk assessments, and follow up on improvements.

• Investigate incidents and work with managers and employees to prevent future risks.

• Keep clear records of safety practices, training attendance, and compliance.

• Be the go-to person for safety questions, audits, and inspections.

• Champion a strong safety culture—one where everyone looks out for each other.

What We’re Looking For

• A background in workplace health and safety, plus some hands-on experience in training.

• Safety certifications (like OSHA, NEBOSH, or similar).

• Someone who communicates well, whether it’s leading a training session or writing a report.

• A proactive problem solver who can stay organized and think on their feet.

• A team player with a genuine passion for keeping people safe.
