Safety and Environmental Manager - Plant

Must have minimum (5) years of plant level EHS (safety focus) within manufacturing operations (client will consider all general manufacturing operations) and Bachelor degree is required.

Seeking a hands-on leader and influencer with the ability to drive culture change. EHS Manager for a large, union manufacturing plant and will directly supervise a (4) person EHS Department. This is a critical and highly valued role at the company that will focus heavily on behavioral safety and health initiatives such as building and driving new programs, systems, training & related activities for the facility. Accountable for enhancing the safety culture, employee engagement, leading teams and developing staff.
