**Prior experience of B2B Channel or Enterprise SALES or PRE-SALES is mandatory in the Cloud SaaS Sales.
Job Details:
1. Establish Distribution & Channel Network in North America and LATAM
2. Build the channel program:
a. Think through different types of partners in accordance with commitment to purchase level (i.e., Authorized/Silver, Gold, and Platinum)
b. Establish Partner Engagement strategy.
c. Establish Onboarding process for partners.
d. Legal Contract for partner engagement with InstaVC & PeopleLink
e. Schedule of products and services including pricing discount
f. Establish the Terms and Conditions for the agreement.
g. Establish the NFR (Not For Resale) products that the channel can purchase at a discount (one time only) to evaluate and train on the product
h. Establish directive for the channel to become certified on the products – which would include agreeing to attend live Webinars for training and testing at least 1 sales rep and 1 technician.
i. For Top Resellers (who commit to large purchases), spend time at their office in order to train sales and technical staff on working with the product
3. Build & Mentor the Inside Channel Management team and Support team based in India to help you to Manage / Engage / Train and Develop Channel Partners
4. Build the Distribution Program for North America & LATAM )
a. See above
b. Legal Contract for engagement with InstaVC for distribution.
c. Schedule of products and services based on quantity purchases and establish MAP for top 20 products.
d. Establish the Terms and Conditions for the agreement
e. Establish the NFR (Not For Resale) products that the channel can purchase at a discount (one time only) to evaluate and train on the product
f. Establish directive for the channel to become certified on the products – which would include agreeing to attend live Webinars for training and testing at least 1 sales rep and 1 technician.
g. For Top Distributors, I will travel and conduct the training on site provided budget for travel is available.
4. Recruit Channel Partners to be engaged with the sales team
a. By Making Calls to Existing Channel Contacts and New Potential Partners
b. Through regular Emails campaigns to specific resellers that meet the criteria
c. Through social media including LinkedIn and others
d. Establish a WEEKLY Webinar (more than once a week if possible) where VARS can come in and see the products demonstrated)
e. In person events
5. Assist in sales globally (Europe, Middle East, Africa, etc.) wherever you have Channel Partner Connects
6. Establish the top VoIP and Video shows in the country that are reseller inclined and insure we have all requirements for the booth (Demo Equipment, booth, Point of Presence, Collateral, etc.) examples will be Channel Partners conference and Expo
7. Coordinating with multiple departments in PeopleLink, India to create strategies essential for Business success and to guide and prepare required documentation and marketing material.
8. Add new channel partners & manage existing partners to resell PeopleLink InstaVC solutions. Open to make 150 calls daily to AV Channel.
