Our Client is seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join their team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in either commercial roofing accounts or extensive experience in residential roofing sales.

 

Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial or residential roofing markets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry contacts.

- Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and provide appropriate roofing solutions.

- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

 

Requirements:

- Proven experience in roofing sales, with a focus on either commercial or residential sectors.

- Strong network of contacts within the commercial accounts or residential markets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the DFW area.

 

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
