Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate job schedules and workforce assignments to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure quality control on job sites, verifying that all work meets company and industry standards.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding project timelines, progress, and any updates or changes.

**This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to drive trucks, handle materials, and climb up and down ladders as necessary**

Education & Experience:

Essential:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Construction Management Degree.
• Fluent in English.
• OSHA 10-hour card.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use and learn business technology.

• Experience in the roofing industry.
• Bilingual fluency
• OSHA 30-hour card.
• Familiarity with local building codes.
• Proficiency in estimating programs.
