Job Summary: TurkMasters is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Installation Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various roofing systems, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. You will be responsible for the efficient and safe installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs on residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring all projects meet TurkMasters' rigorous quality standards and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair various roofing systems, including but not limited to asphalt shingles, metal roofing, EPDM, TPO, and modified bitumen.

• Prepare roof surfaces for installation, including tear-offs, cleaning, and minor repairs.

• Measure and cut roofing materials to precise specifications.

• Apply roofing materials in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and company standards.

• Ensure all roofing work is watertight and aesthetically pleasing.

• Identify and troubleshoot roofing issues, making appropriate repairs.

• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulations, using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients as needed.

• Operate and maintain roofing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Potentially train and mentor less experienced team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Roofing Installer, Roofer, or similar role (minimum [e.g., 3-5] years ).

• In-depth knowledge of various roofing materials, tools, and installation techniques.

• Strong understanding of roofing safety procedures and regulations.

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work at heights in various weather conditions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
