Roofing Contracts Manager – Surrey (Permanent Role)

Salary: Negotiable (dependent on experience)

Location: Covering sites across Surrey

Are you an experienced Roofing Contracts Manager looking for a new and rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a motivated and hands-on professional to oversee multiple roofing projects across Surrey. This is a permanent position offering stability, autonomy, and the chance to join a well-established and growing roofing contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee roofing contracts from tender to completion
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects run safely, on time, and within budget
• Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings
• Liaise with clients, surveyors, and senior management
• Ensure quality and safety standards are consistently maintained
• Prepare and manage project documentation, schedules, and cost reports

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (preferably within the roofing or construction sector)
• Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems and installation methods
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Full UK driving license
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
