Candidate required: Roofing Contracts Manager \nJob Type: Permanent \nStart date: Immediate  \nIndustry: Construction Professionals South \nLocation: South Coast \nSalary & package dependant on experience: £45-55,000 DOE The role & about the client: On behalf of our client, ITS Building People (Southampton) are working on behalf of our client, a leading roofing contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the South of England. Specialising in commercial projects, they pride themselves on exceptional craftsmanship, safety standards, and client relationships. They are looking for an experienced Roofing Contracts Manager to take ownership of multiple projects, from tender through to completion. This is a hands-on management role where you'll be visiting sites, liaising with clients, managing teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality\n  \n Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n \nOversee multiple roofing projects (pitched and flat) across Hampshire and surrounding areas.

\nManage subcontractors and site teams, ensuring work meets safety and quality standards. \nPlan and coordinate labour, materials, and equipment. \nMaintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

\nEnsure projects are completed on time and within budget. \nCarry out regular site inspections and progress reporting.  \n The ideal candidate\n \nProven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role within the roofing industry.

\nStrong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods. \nExcellent organisational and communication skills. \nAbility to manage multiple projects at once.

\nFull UK driving licence.  \n Essential Qualifications/ experience required/ specific requirements for the role:\n \nProven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role within the roofing industry. \nSMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - desirable \nFirst Aid at Work - desirable.

\nStrong knowledge of flat roofing systems, materials, and installation methods. \nExcellent organisational and communication skills. \nAbility to manage multiple projects at once.
