The Roofing/Construction Superintendent will oversee and coordinate roofing and construction projects, managing a medium-sized team across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sites. This role involves ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, and handling scheduling while frequently traveling between multiple locations. Moderate client interaction and subcontractor coordination are essential to successfully deliver projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project progress and ensure adherence to schedules
• Manage a team of 10-30 workers effectively
• Implement and enforce safety practices and OSHA standards
• Maintain quality control throughout all phases of projects
• Coordinate subcontractors and communicate with clients regularly
• Prepare and submit reports on project status and compliance
• Travel frequently to various job sites to monitor project activities

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in construction management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of construction management and project scheduling
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and time management abilities
