Roofing/Cladding Contracts Manager\n\nMidlands Based\n\nCar, Phone, Laptop, potential bonus pay\n\nMust have experience in flat roofing and rainscreen cladding or extensive knowledge in either of the two trades.\n\nLaboris Solutions are pleased to be working with a contractor specialising in high performance flat roofing & cladding. You will be managing and overseeing contracts from inception to completion, Coordinate project timelines, liaise with clients and subcontractors, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain quality standards throughout project delivery.\n\nResponsibilities include contract administration, progress monitoring, and ensuring successful project completion within budget and schedule parameters.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Experience in contracts management within the roofing/cladding industry, with knowledge of a variety of cladding & roofing systems \n\n * Strong organisational and communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously\n\n * Knowledge of health and safety and a strong commercial acumen
