What You'll Do:

• Assist in the installation, removal, and repair of roofing systems.
• Work with liquid and multi-layered coatings/applications.
• Ensure project safety by setting up ladders, scaffolds, and hoists.
• Transport materials and tools to job sites and maintain equipment.
• Prepare job sites, remove old materials, and clean up after work.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and use powered tools.
• Comfortable working at heights, on slopes, and in various weather conditions.
• Strong balance, communication skills, and safety awareness.
• Dependable team player ready to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Must follow Fall Protection/Safety Regulations
• The ability to lift heavy materials and tools, etc. at a minimum of 50 lbs.
• The ability to use powered hand tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to safely climb ladders.
• Ability to withstand different climates (extreme heat and other weather).
• Ability to see.
• Ability to hear.
• Ability to communicate audibly with others.
• Significant Balance – work is done on slopes and flat roofs.
• No fear of heights.
• Dependability – jobs must be completed within certain timeframes, so workers must be able to fulfill obligations.­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­
