Join our dynamic team at a leading manufacturer of air cooling and ventilation equipment! We are seeking a motivated Robotics Welder Trainee to work during the evening shift at our state-of-the-art production facility.

As a Robotics Welder Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the operation of advanced robotic welding equipment. Under the guidance of experienced welding professionals, you will be trained to perform a variety of welding tasks, ensuring the high-quality production of our industry-leading products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain robotic welding equipment to fabricate components and assemblies
- Perform routine inspections and adjustments to ensure optimal performance of the welding systems
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience or interest in welding and fabrication
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
