Robotics Engineer (Control & PLC)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Robotics Engineer (Control & PLC) to design, integrate, and commission industrial robotic systems. This role emphasizes robotics, mechatronics, control systems, PLC programming, and robot safety compliance for efficient and reliable automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, integrate, and commission robotic and mechatronic systems
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for robotic applications (Allen-Bradley/Siemens)
Implement robot safety solutions in compliance with ISO 10218, RIA, ANSI, and other standards
Integrate robots, sensors, actuators, and motion systems for industrial automation
Optimize robotic and PLC-controlled systems for efficiency, reliability, and maintainability
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and safety teams on deployment and testing
Qualifications
Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Automation
3-5 years of industry experience in robotics, mechatronics, and PLC-based control
Hands-on experience with robot integration, motion control, and safety systems
Proficiency in PLC programming, sensors, actuators, servo drives, and industrial networks
Knowledge of robot kinematics, motion planning, and industrial automation protocol
