We are seeking an Electronic Assembler to become an integral part of our robotics assembly team in Irvine! You will perform assembly line tasks as well as install electronic components while testing parts for functionality and safety.

Must have prior experience with small electronic assembly and soldering

$24 - $32/hr

Monday - Friday, 6am start time + OT available

Full-Time

Contract to Hire

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels, junction boxes, and machine components
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
• Install electrical components such as relays, circuit breakers, PLCs, terminal blocks, and power supplies
• Perform point-to-point wiring for industrial equipment and machinery
• Route, bundle, and secure wires neatly according to standards
• Label wires, components, and panels accurately
• Test completed panels and systems for continuity, functionality, and safety
• Troubleshoot and correct wiring or component issues
• Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment (e.g., multimeters)

Qualifications:

• J‐STD‐001 or IPC-610/620 certification is
• Familiarity with PLCs and electronic testing components
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Ability to identify electronic components (through‐hole and SMT)
• Basic understanding of mechanical assembly and PCB assembly processes
• Familiarity with manual and automated soldering tools and microscopes
• Ability to follow IPC or J‐STD‐001 standards (often required or )
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, drawings, and technical documents
