M.S. in Computer Science, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering

- Experience in Matlab / Python or other programming for the purpose of data analysis

- Understanding of Classical Control Theory: PID, tuning, stability, filters, etc.

- Have worked with some form of multi-dof robotic systems outside of standard coursework

- Basic familiarity with C or C++

- Solid mathematical background

-Advanced knowledge in these topics: Modern Control Theory, Compliance Control, Signal Processing

• Skilled in general mathematical modeling and analysis.
• Familiarity with dynamic system modeling, motion control algorithms and control systems theory (PID, feedforward).
• Hands on experience with control systems, filter design and tuning.
• Proficient in MATLAB.
• Experience in C, C++ programming for Linux and for embedded systems.
• Some experience in using microcontrollers and sensors, prototyping and troubleshooting.
• Servo Motors
• PID Controllers
