Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKable Staffing is hiring Robotic Welder in Georgetown, KY. This is a temp to hire opportunity, full time position.FULL JOB DESCRIPTIONPRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up, operate, and monitor robotic welding equipment to perform welding tasks on metal components.
• Load and unload parts onto welding fixtures and ensure proper alignment.
• Inspect welds and parts for quality and accuracy using measuring tools and visual inspection.
• Perform minor programming adjustments to improve weld quality and efficiency.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and OSHA regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and job orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with robotic welding systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience operating robotic welding machines (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, Motoman, etc.) .
• Basic understanding of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or spot welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• High school diploma or GED required; welding certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Communication skills.
