Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer 3 to join the IT Admin Apps' Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team. This position will focus on the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of RPA solutions. As part of the team, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including solution design, process automation, infrastructure management, collaboration with stakeholders, and continuous improvement of RPA processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to identify automation opportunities and define technical requirements.
- Oversee all aspects of RPA development, including discovery, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and production support.
- Monitor RPA scripts and improve performance through code optimizations or configuration adjustments.
- Lead the development and maintenance of automated workflows, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA processes to ensure optimal performance and robustness.
- Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with RPA development, specifically with Blue Prism.
- 10+ years of experience working with SQL/No-SQL databases.
- 10+ years of experience working with RESTful web services.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming such as C#, Java, or Python.
- Experience with process discovery, requirements gathering, and solution architecture.
- Experience with web development, including HTML, JavaScript, DOM, and HTTP protocol.
- Experience with JDBC API development.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including QA and troubleshooting.
Additional Information:
- This is a hybrid position, with 1 required day onsite each week (Mondays), and 4 days remote.
- This is a contract position with an expected duration of 8+ months.
