Roaming Project Manager in Nationwide

We’re looking for a Roaming Project Manager to join a leading retail property team, delivering small works and asset improvement projects across major clients.



The Role



* Manage and deliver a range of small works and asset maintenance projects across multiple retail sites.



* Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.



* Oversee contractors, manage client relationships, and maintain strong on-site presence.



* Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver seamless service to high-profile retail clients.



* Be adaptable and proactive – this is a roaming role, with travel across the South East and South West regions.



About You



* Proven experience in retail environments, ideally within small works or asset management.



* Strong understanding of construction, fit-out, and maintenance processes.



* Excellent organisational and communication skills.



* Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.



* Ambitious and motivated – there’s real potential to grow into a leadership role and head up the department in the future.



This will be working across the South East, South West of England and South Wales
