We are seeking a Roadside Assistance, Towing & Mechanical Services providers to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a tow truck or service truck based upon service providing.

Towing Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a wheel-lift tow truck
• Load and unload cargo
• Properly track and document activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect truck before and truck and vehicle after trip
• Follow all safety precautions to ensure the safety of self and customer as well as road traffic drivers

Roadside Assistance &/or Mechanical Service Responsibilities:

• Provide lock-out service, jump-start services, fuel delivery and tire changes at mobile location per request of customer
• Qualified technicians can provide mechanical services at mobile roadside request site or on-site in mechanical garage per customer request
• Properly track and document activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect truck before and truck and vehicle after trip
• Follow all safety precautions to ensure the safety of self and customer as well as road traffic drivers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in tow truck driving, roadside assistance provision, mechanical service or other related fields
• Commercial driver's license (for tow truck)
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic
