- Develop processes to enhance the financial performance and resource utilization of the Trauma Center.
- Coordinate optimal care for trauma patients across the entire care continuum.
- Facilitate collaboration between local and regional trauma systems.
- Monitor clinical processes and outcomes to ensure high-quality care.
- Implement quality filters, audits, and case reviews to identify trends.
- Design the trauma registry to support performance improvement and research while maintaining confidentiality.
- Manage verification processes for the Trauma Center.
What You’ll Need
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor's Degree
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or instructor status
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or instructor status
