• Develop processes to enhance the financial performance and resource utilization of the Trauma Center.
• Coordinate optimal care for trauma patients across the entire care continuum.
• Facilitate collaboration between local and regional trauma systems.
• Monitor clinical processes and outcomes to ensure high-quality care.
• Implement quality filters, audits, and case reviews to identify trends.
• Design the trauma registry to support performance improvement and research while maintaining confidentiality.
• Manage verification processes for the Trauma Center.

What You’ll Need

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor's Degree
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or instructor status
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or instructor status
