Risk Manager - Restructuring\n\n12-month contract\n\nHybrid working - Gaydon\n\n£50 per hour (Inside IR35)\n\n*Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.*\n\nAbout the company\n\nI am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Risk Manager to join their team\n\nJob Description\n\nAs Risk Manager, your main responsibilities are:\n\nProviding specialist risk support and guidance, to global procurement teams\nEngaging of stakeholders at all levels\nLead strategic supplier review meetings, providing financial support\nQuantify risk, to give a clear understanding of potential costs and steps required\nLead the response to supplier distress and insolvency\nProviding oversight and guidance, on complex legal and commercial issues \n\nQualifications / Skills needed\n\nExperience in corporate insolvency or restructuring, including both legal and operational issues.\nA strong and inspirational leader.\nCapable of providing clear direction from the outset and providing the tools, for team to succeed.\nExcellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)\nAble to pitch their message at the right level for the audience.\nBusiness acumen, a drive for results, a passion to succeed, personal initiative and influencing skills \n\nWhy work through Contechs?\n\nContechs is a leading Automotive, Design, Engineering, Technology and Innovation Recruitment Consultancy.
