About the company



I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Risk Manager to join their team



Job Description



As Risk Manager, your main responsibilities are:



Providing specialist risk support and guidance, to global procurement teams

Engaging of stakeholders at all levels

Lead strategic supplier review meetings, providing financial support

Quantify risk, to give a clear understanding of potential costs and steps required

Lead the response to supplier distress and insolvency

Providing oversight and guidance, on complex legal and commercial issues



Qualifications / Skills needed



Experience in corporate insolvency or restructuring, including both legal and operational issues.

A strong and inspirational leader.

Capable of providing clear direction from the outset and providing the tools, for team to succeed.

Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)

Able to pitch their message at the right level for the audience.

Business acumen, a drive for results, a passion to succeed, personal initiative and influencing skills
