Job Opportunity: Rigger

Location: Newport News, VA

Pay: $20.66–$27.31/hr (Local) | $30.66–$37.31/hr (Non-Local)

Schedule: Full-Time, Contract | 40 hrs/week

About the Role

Rig and move heavy components with cranes/hoists safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Select/inspect rigging and calculate loads.

- Signal cranes; secure loads and maintain control.

- Follow lift plans and safety zones.

Requirements

- Marine/industrial rigging experience.

- Knowledge of sling angles, WLL, and inspection.

- HS diploma/GED; background & drug screening.
