RFID Project Manager

Location: Reading (Hybrid)

Day Rate: Competitive Day Rate (Inside IR35)

Duration: Initial 6 Months

We’re kicking off a major transformation programme and are searching for an experienced RFID Project Manager to lead a critical delivery workstream for one of the world’s largest retail brands.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive a high‑visibility initiative that blends technology, operations, and in‑store innovation globally.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the end‑to‑end delivery of a new RFID solution across our retail estate
• Owning both business and technical delivery, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders
• Building and executing a robust project plan, including running a software selection process (RFP/RFI) for a new RFID application
• Developing the business case for funding approval and steering it through governance
• Managing the rollout of software and hardware components across stores
• Ensuring seamless integration with stock counting, inventory, and operational processes

What we’re looking for

Ideally, you’ll bring hands‑on RFID experience, but we’re equally open to strong retail project managers who have delivered:

• Stock counting or inventory management solutions
• Hardware deployments at scale across retail outlets
• Projects blending both software and hardware delivery
