Job Description

 Interim Testing & Commissioning Manager – Hybrid (London)

Location: Paddington, London (3 days/week in office)

⏳ Duration: 6 months (through to June 2026)

START DATE: ASAP

Contract: Inside IR35

Rate: Very Competetive

Reports to: COO

We’re seeking a commercially driven Project Delivery professional to step into the role of Interim Testing & Commissioning Manager, leading all testing and commissioning activities across Boldyn UK&I, with a key focus on the TFL Programme.

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who thrives on managing complex programmes, balancing commercial outcomes with technical excellence, and navigating multi-stakeholder environments.

Key Requirements

• Proven project delivery and commercial management experience within large-scale telecoms or infrastructure programmes.
• Background working with one or more UK Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) is essential.
• Strong ability to manage partners, suppliers, and customers to deliver high-quality, safe, and compliant outcomes.
• Confident in driving performance, reporting, and financial delivery targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead all testing and commissioning planning and execution across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Operations and Programme teams to align testing with business objectives.
• Oversee pre- and post-integration testing for MNOs, CMS, and ESN builds.
• Champion continuous improvement, team engagement, and best practices across the Delivery function.
