Job Description

About the role Our Client is actively enhancing its Enterprise Architecture Knowledge Base (EAKB), leveraging ServiceNow for its Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and integrating Ins-Pi plugins to support logical architectural modelling. \n So, we’re seeking a ServiceNow Architect to support the continued development of the EAKB platform. This role will focus on expanding CMDB tables and attributes, building intuitive UI forms, developing workflows, and supporting data analysis and cleansing efforts.

\n\n Enhance and customize Ins-Pi plugin forms within ServiceNow \n Design and implement automated workflows to improve quality and efficiency \n Query and analyse data from the ServiceNow database to support cleansing initiatives \n Develop robust data upload processes for logical CSDM tables \n Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer \n Strong background in UI design and form development within ServiceNow \n This is 3 months contract.(A daily rate, in-scope IR35, of £500-600(PAYE) OR £550-650 (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company). \n This role provides a hybrid working(3 days a week) access in Waterside, London \n\n If your application is successful, you’ll be involved in a live virtual interview with one of our client’s hiring managers to get to know you better.
