Job DescriptionJob Description
Bluon is seeking a Sales Operations & HubSpot Specialist to take ownership of our CRM and related sales and marketing funnel systems and processes. This role will ensure our sales team has clean, reliable data, efficient workflows, and clear reporting that supports both execution and strategy. The ideal candidate is hands-on with HubSpot, comfortable with integrations, and skilled at turning messy data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot Administration

- Manage and optimize HubSpot across CRM, marketing automation, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot issues, configure workflows, and ensure system uptime.
- Maintain a structured library of well-documented workflows to enable efficient management of process lifecycles (creation → execution → rotation → retirement), to mitigate bloat and tech debt.
- Systems & Integrations

- Maintain and improve integrations with tools like Zapier to coordinate systems and stages between key marketing and advertising channels (e.g., Meta, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, Email, SMS), HubSpot, BigQuery, Excel/Google Sheets, and other relevant tools.
- Identify and resolve synchronization issues between core systems.
- Data Management & Reporting

- Clean, organize, and validate sales and marketing data.
- Build and deliver reports that track pipeline health, sales performance, and process efficiency.
- Use Excel/Google Sheets to create analyses and presentations for leadership.
- Sales Team Support

- Serve as point of contact for the sales team on system issues and reporting needs.
- Translate technical processes into clear, usable SOPs for account managers and reps.
- Train and guide sales staff on best practices within HubSpot.
- Continuous Improvement

- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions.
- Document processes and reduce bloat in existing systems.
- Bring creative problem-solving to both tactical fixes and longer-term system improvements.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or CRM administration.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Zapier, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with sales reporting, pipeline analysis, and data cleansing.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Clear, confident communicator able to work effectively with salespeople and executives alike.
Familiarity with B2B SaaS expected; experience in trades/blue-collar fields a plus.
